Blueberry Smoothie
A beautiful and fufilling start to the morning. Filling you with fiber and the expanding energy of a purple drink

Servings: 1


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • 1 date
  • 4 tbs oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinammon


Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to blender. You can use frozen or unfrozen bananas, blueberries and spinach.
  • Blend until you reach desired consistency. Add more non-dairy milk or water if you would like a thinner consistency.
