Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 2 tbs almond butter
- 1 date
- 4 tbs oats
- 1/4 teaspoon cinammon
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to blender. You can use frozen or unfrozen bananas, blueberries and spinach.
- Blend until you reach desired consistency. Add more non-dairy milk or water if you would like a thinner consistency.
