Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut milk (any non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina (optional)
- handful of blueberries to top (optional)
- honey drizzle to top (optional)
- 1 tbs bee pollen to top (optional)
Instructions:- Add banana, strawberries, spinach, vanilla extract, non-dairy milk and blue spirulina (optional) into high speed blender
- Blend together and pausing to mix together/help blender before adding more liquid. Ideally smoothie bowls are thick so pausing to mix the smoothie a bit with a spatula and then turning the blender back on is a good method. If it still won't blend add more liquid.
- Once the consistency is smooth, pour into a bowl and top with whatever you'd like. My favorite is blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
